I also address a recent article that appeared on Yahoo! about not buying real estate. I have to admit I did not want to waste my time on crap like that, but I decided to go ahead and do that.

I am getting addicted…

…to this blogging thing!!!

I could not imagine why on earth anyone would spend time typing “stuff” on a regular basis!

Now I know, but I have to admit it’s hard to describe to someone else (especially my wife) why the heck I am typing this “stuff”!

Anyway…

In this section, we discuss the leverage and appreciation.

I take the information you learned from previous sections and build on that. I discuss how to maximize appreciation return with leverage.

I am not sure I have seen this information out there, so let me know what you think.

I take the information you learned from 2 previous sections and build on that. I show you things every savvy investor needs to know about positive leverage. I use the SAME information when considering ANY kind of cash flow; real estate, buying businesses and private lending (you can make HUGE cash flow without much hassle as a private lender.
