Do you own a copy of IWS? I believe the module called “The Financing System” is what you are looking for (should be the 2nd or 3rd video you receive in the series). If you still need the link and you own IWS I will e-mail you with the link. If you do not own IWS, I will double check and see if there may be another video that contains that information.

I cannot locate it, but I vagely remember George doing a presentation on a techique – I think called ARBITRAGE. When using this technique, Geroge talked about putting money in the bank in the form of a CD and getting the bank to lend you multiples of the value of the CD if you pledge the CD as collateral. Did I fantasize? Can you point me in the right direction?

I watched your info on thomas kirsh video and your info was going for $2,900 or about. Is the book – Secrets to building massive cash flow from private lending, the same? I dont have that kind of money so I wanted to know if that book is the same as the software?

Wow George, I really wish I had seen these videos prior to purchasing that last building, I would not have made that purchasing decision, which would have saved my family so much grief.

Knowing about the loan constant vs the cap rate and the interest rate vs the appreciation would have made a me rethink that property.

George this is what every real estate investor needs to know. I have been investing in rental properties for 5 years, taken classes and read several books. But, The Right Leverage concept has never been explained to me. This was great to learn.

Also george, you must not get too upset about things written by so called RE experts and uninformed people. All you can do is try to inform people of the benifits of RE investments. Some people will never get it!!!!!!
